The requirements for acquiring the product described herein shall consist of this specification sheet and the issue of the following specification listed in that issue of the Department of Defense Index of Specifications and Standards (DoDISS) specified in the solicitations: MIL-P-53132(ME).
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification sheet covers the detail requirements for a power unit, size 30, 30kW, mode I.
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS DRAWINGS
TA13229E5745 - Power Unit, 30kW, Mode I (50/60 Hz).
(Copies of drawings required by contractors in connection with specific acquisition functions should be obtained from: USA BELVOIR RDE CTR, ATTN SATBE FGP, 10101 GRIDLEY RD, STE 104, FT BELVOIR VA 22060-5818.)
3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Requirements. Requirements shall be in accordance with the specification and as specified herein.
3.2 Description. The power unit shall consist of the following equipment:
a. One each, generator set, 30kW, 50/60 hertz, MEP 805A b. One each, modified trailer chassis, 2-1/2 ton, M200A1 c. Ancillary equipment:
1. Fire extinguisher
2. Ground rods
3. Ground rod driver
4. Refueling accessories
